What is the standard warranty period on my I-O Products? Warranty on all I-O Products purchased on or after 1 March 2006 is 3 years from the customers date of purchase. Warranty of products purchased prior to 1 March 2006 is as follows: LAN attached interfaces: 1 year Twinax/Coax interfaces: 1 year DIMMS/Compact Flash 1 year IP Controllers 1 year Twinax & Ethernet attached terminals 3 years Repaired items: 90 days from the date the item was repaired at I-O. Please be aware that as of June 1, 2005 extended warranty is available on all current I-O products with the exception of Twinax and Ethernet attached terminals / display stations. |
