PCL tray numbers are assigned to the physical trays by the printer manufacturer. The physical tray numbers, usually clearly marked and sequential, are almost always not the same as the PCL tray number assigned by the printer manufacture. Any remaping of trays must be done with the PCL tray number, and not the physical tray number. If the PCL tray number assigned by the printer manufacture is not known, call I-O Technical Support @ 801-972-1446 and IF we have this information we will gladly source the PCL tray numbers as required. However, if we don't have this information you will need to contact the printer manufacture in order to obtain the PCL tray numbers assigned to the various physical trays.
