Article #86 - How do I know the TCP/IP address of my router / gateway
Updated:02-18-2006 - Views: 380
Go to a DOS prompt on a PC connected to the LAN on the same subnet as the I-O Print Server. From the DOS prompt enter "tracert xyz", where xyz is the TCP/IP address of the AS/400. Press Enter.

The first TCP/IP address returned by this command will be the TCP/IP address of the remote router or Gateway. Use this TCP/IP address in the I-O Print Control or Configuration Utility Default Router field.
