Secure Thin Clients
Using locked down operating systems and solid-state disk technology, IT managers can be assured that the X16 ProEdge is secure. With the XPe Enhanced Write Filter, an administrator can install local applications and configure and then lock down the Operating system. This prevents unwanted software installations and
configuration changes. In addition, I-O offers a USB lock out feature that restricts the use of the USB ports.
